JINGLI Tennis Academy prepares for Xiamen University Tennis team

Xiamen University Tennis team will participate in the National University Tennis Championships in mid-April, so as to invite Ms. Chen Rongli, headmaster of JINGLI Tennis Academy , and foreign elite coaches of JINGLl Tennis Academy to take part in a number of pre-match training and guidance.
In the course, the coach mainly directed pre-match points and tactical exercises, and replacd the trainings with singles and doubles matches. At the same time, the coach explained the main points for attention in peacetime training and competition for the members of Xiamen University Tennis team.

The coach stressed the importance of tennis physical training for tennis matches, hoping that students can pay attention to strengthen physical training in peacetime. By demonstrating the main points and methods of leg movement and step training in person, the students can learn more clearly and intuitively the weight training method of leg movement.

In the follow-up course, the coach still focused on the base line hitting stability, service and return practice, tactical multi-ball training, as well as how to make batting choice and decision, and the attitude of the game and so on. The coach said, "tennis quality was higher but they need to work more on serve and return,few winning points directly with these 2 shots." After several times of training, the students had fully understood and mastered the skills and methods through the simulative tennis practice and personal guidance of the coach, and made adequate preparations for the upcoming match.
